Groups may consist of friends, employees, executives, church or temple members, students, alumni or tourists. As long as there are 15 or more people—it’s a group! And any group is entitled to a Group Sales discount of 10% off the single-ticket price to select performances during our 2006-2007 H-E-B 40th Anniversary Season.

 

Discounted Tickets
Groups of 15 or more get a 10% discount on tickets, and save on single ticket handling fees. Discounts are not available for some performances.

Priority Seating
Groups get to reserve seats before they are offered to the general public. Book early to get the best seats for your group.

Personalized Service
We understand that no two groups are the same. We will work with you to make your group’s experience the best it can be.

VIP Treatment
Add some culture to your nightlife! Arrange an after-party at selected Houston hot spots for your group. Ask our Group Sales Manager for details.

Marquee and Welcome Board Recognition
All groups that have paid in full prior to the week of the show will be recognized on the Jones Hall marquee or on our Welcome Board in Wortham Center’s Grand Foyer.

2007-2008 Season Preview Event
All group leaders from the 2006-2007 Season receive an exclusive invitation to preview the 2007-2008 season to be held during the Summer of 2007!

How many tickets make a group?
Group rates are available for groups of 15 or more.

When can I book group tickets?
You may book your group tickets anytime during the 2006-2007 Season.

I booked a reservation for 45, but only need 30 tickets, do I have to pay for the extra 15?
No, we understand that groups do not always come together as initially planned. You will pay only for the tickets you need at the time of final payment.

Can my bus driver attend the performance with the group?
We do not recommend purchasing tickets for bus drivers. Due to the location of bus parking, we cannot be responsible if the bus driver is unable to get back to the theater in time to see the performance. Please contact your Group Sales Manager for more information.

 
Select any of our performances, and contact our Group Sales Manager to book your reservation.
Submit a signed Group Sales Contract with a 10% non-refundable down payment within 10 days of making your reservation.
Our Group Sales Manager will work with you to arrange possible pre- or post-show amenities. NOTE: The group leader will be responsible for all contracts and payments for services ordered through outside vendors.
Final payment is due within 60 days of making your reservation. All remaining tickets will be released at close of business on that day with or without notice.
Full payment will be required for any group reservations made within 30 days of the performance.
Tickets will be mailed to the group leader after SPA has received final payment. If you purchase your tickets the week of the show, they will be made available to you at the Group Sales Will Call window before the performance. NOTE: We recommend that you pick up your tickets prior to the day of the show to distribute to your group.
Group leaders will be required to distribute tickets to their group before entering the hall.
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
