Society
for the Performing Arts is dedicated to
enriching the lives of children throughout
the greater Houston area and offers the
following programs:
Student Series allows local area students
and their chaperones to attend evening performances
for just $10 per ticket. Seats are located
on the orchestra level. Performances in
this series are for K-12 students.
Student
Matinees of DrumLine Live and
Mayhem Poets will thrill students. School
planners and teachers will be equally thrilled
with these affordable performances that
also include study guides.
The
11th Annual Wells Fargo Student Visual Art
Contest showcases the talents of Houston-area
K-12 students and gives them a chance to
win a bevy of prizes. This year, the contest
is held in conjunction with SPA's presentation
of Mariachi Los Camperos.
