Philip Glass fans, movie buffs and Twilight followers take note! Mr. Glass returns to Houston, along with the Philip Glass Ensemble, to perform his original score to Tod Browning’s classic film, Dracula, starring Bela Lugosi. Said to be “the most powerful composer of our time” by The Daily Telegraph, Philip Glass has explored the role of music as it relates to the moving image on film for more than three decades. Although there have been numerous screen versions of Bram Stoker’s novel, the first vampire novel, none is more enduring than this 1931 original.
