How do I order a subscription?
To order a subscription, please call 713.227.4SPA (4772).

What is a subscriber?
A subscriber has purchased a fixed series such as Music, International, New Now, Family Fun or Dance, or has purchased a Create Your Own Subscription of 4 or more performances. Subscriber benefits include priority seating, free ticket exchange privileges, lower ticket prices (as compared to single tickets), and priority information for Broadway events.

Why is there a service charge for telephone and Internet orders?
The service charge covers the cost of mailing and other box office operational costs, including credit card commissions charged by banks.

Why are there few seats left when tickets for a particular event have just gone on sale?
Most performances go on sale to our subscribers in advance of public sale. Tickets are offered to subscribers in early May, prior to public sale of individual tickets.

How long are the performances?
Performance durations vary, but most last approximately two hours, including intermissions. Dance performances can be of various lengths, and may have more than one intermission. Encores may increase the length of a performance.

What is the late seating policy?
SPA has a no late seating policy. However, special provisions may be made at the house manager’s discretion.

What is an appropriate age for children to begin attending SPA performances?
SPA welcomes children three and above to our performances, although not all performances are appropriate for younger children. Parental discretion is advised. Our Family Fun series is specifically designed for children. All patrons will require a ticket.

What should I wear?
SPA patrons wear everything from business attire to casual clothing to our performances.
